COVID-19

CALL FOR DONATIONS

Royal Canadian Legion Branch 15 in Brampton supports Veterans in our community and beyond. Our impact on veteran issues in Brampton and across the nation can be seen in the successful initiatives we have launched over the years.

Now that we have closed our doors, we are in danger of not being able to reopen after this pandemic is behind us. We need the support of our community, as do all our community small businesses and not-for-profits such as the Legion branches coast-to-coast, to keep providing the support and services we offered before COVID-19 changed our reality.

When this pandemic is behind us, we intend to open our doors and be part of community revival in Brampton. In the mean time, we continue to support Veterans using the donations received from generous Canadians during prior years Poppy Campaigns by delivering groceries and other supports as necessary.

Please give generously.
And Please join us when we reopen our doors.

Thank you,

The President & Executive Committee
Branch 15
Royal Canadian Legion

We Have A Reopening Plan!

While the pandemic is far from over, The Province and the City of Brampton are
planning the next stage of relaxing COVID-19 Protocols. This means that Branch
15 may be reopening in the not too distance future. To that end we have
submitted a Reopening Plan to the City of Brampton for their approval.
When we are able to reopen, you can expect changes to our normal operations
such as limited entry. We will not be able to operate to the full capacity of the
building. In order to maintain social distancing the number of persons allowed in
the building at any given time will be limited. We will also be limiting the number
of persons sitting at the same table and removing all extra tables and chairs.
These are 2 examples of the conditions that will be in place for a safe return to
operations of the Branch.
We will keep you informed of the plan moving forward to reopening when we are
able to do so.
